KIMBERLY WEIR

Kim Weir serves as our Controller. In this role, she is responsible for accurate accounting and record keeping of each property’s financial position and performance.  Kim is also instrumental in analyzing the financial performance of potential new acquisitions.  Because of her strong analytical background, she is also deeply involved in securing the financing of our new acquisitions and in working with our investors.  Kim possess 15 years of experience in accounting and financial services.  Her attention to detail has allowed her to excel in this role.

Kim is also a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  This role allows her to stay dialed into the local market, further generating information and research needed to save money on our purchases all while building relationships with local brokers, lenders and vendors.
