NICHOLAS PAPULI

Nicholas Papuli is our Head of Construction.  Nick’s decades long career as a general contractor provides us with a great amount of knowledge and expertise in all areas pertaining a property’s physical structure.  His understanding of every part of an edifice allows us to sidestep problems when considering a new property and to make sound economic decisions for those we own.  This in-house competency has saved our LPs a meaningful amount of money across a variety of repairs and renovations.

Nick lives in close proximity to all of our properties.
